Human Immuno-defficecy virus (HIV) is the causative agent of AIDS - acquired immuno deficiency syndrome.
The Virus(HIV/AIDS?) is an RNA virus. It is a retrovirus. Retroviruses need a special enzyme to reproduce in host tissue, the reverse transcriptase enzyme.
Background/Book Review
"At a time retroviruses were seen to infect chickens, mice, cats, etc." Retroviruses are slow growing viruses (Lentiviruses). Horowitz writes “scientists doubted the importance of …… and the future of retroviruses research initially believing that such germs preyed mainly chickens, pigs, and cats” In cats such viruses are associated with feline Leukemia. Both feline Leukemia and HIV/AIDS, were marked by evident opportunistic infections that seemed to prey in an immune system already weakened by a primary infection.
Leonard G. Horowitz quoted “ In cats the infection was a leukemia virus that knocked out the cat’s immune system and left them open to a number of cancers". "Clearly, some similar virus was doing the same thing to these homosexual men, and they were getting cancer too. Secondly, feline leukemia has a long incubation period, this new disease must have a long latency too, which is the only way it was killing people in three cities on both coast before anybody knew it existed". “Combine these two diseases feline leukemia and hepatitis, and you have the immune deficiency” Dr. Don Francis, one of CDC’s chief virologist once commented.
"AIDS viruses bear the greatest Likeness to the human – bovine (cow) lymphotrophic ( lymph cell targeting and cancer causing virus combined with the sheep visna virus", strecker noted. Reporting the works of another scientist Leonard G Horowitz further wrote “…… earliest report was the discovery that by adding a synthetic RNA and cat Leukemia virus template to human type C: viruses those associated with cancers of the lymph nodes – the rate of DNA production (and subsequent provirus and virus reproduction) increased as much as thirty times, Gallo and company reported that such a virus may cause cancers besides Leukemia’s and Lymphomas including Sarcomas.
Most RNA retroviruses are oncogenic. Gallo’s publication noted that 26 out of 27 then known RNA retroviruses containing reverse transcriptase were all oncogenic.
Leonard G. Horowitz, reviewing other works ---- “evaluating the significance of tRNA changes in tumor cells, ----- by using viruses to deliver a foreign cancer producing tRNA to the normal cells, noticed that simian monkey virus (sv40) and the parotid tumor (polyoma) virus were used. The technology that established the development of HIV could have evolved from such experiment. It is alleged that HIV is of simian virus descent and as well delivers reverse transcriptase and a foreign cat Leukemia/Sarcoma – like RNA to normal human white blood cells, Horowitz reported.
Again another scientist commenting on BVV ( Bovine Visna Virus) and HIV has these to say. “HIV virus & BVV look identical and are both D-type retroviruses. The D-type are cylindrical shaped retroviruses which of course BVV and AIDS are identical. Besides the fact that they were both magnesium dependent and were T-Cell attackers, that would produce syncytium and wipe out cells”…
“In one of his works Gallo was able to use the enzyme restriction endonuclease (scissor – like enzymes) and treat the BVV genone and the virus fall apart exactly at the gene lines” , “… yes, it falls apart in ten or twelve places” Robert Strecker emphasized.
Another fact worth mentioning here is the existence of immune suppressing moieties (ISM) in the blood of some humans who manifest AIDS and still be HIV sero – negative [10] Therefore there is AIDS with HIV as well as AIDS without HIV. What are these ISM? Are they breakdown product of actual HIV Genone as reported by Gallo? Are restrictions endonucleases present in some human subjects?
Independent third party review of the efficacy and safety of salvage A and Salvage B cocktail in HIV/AIDS was done in the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital Enugu-Nigeria at the Biomagnetic Medicine Research Center. Professor Gilbert Onuaguluchi wrote, treatment of HIV infection with Dr. Chidi Ezeihu’s medicines Salvage A and Salvage B.
Over 14 patients were given the drugs (* herbal cocktail). Five of whom have been followed up for over twelve months. The patients had positive serology for HIV infection and had also bio-magnetic dipoles for HIV infections…. It took 2 – 6 weeks (average 3.3) from the time of starting the drug therapy for the bio-magnetic dipole for HIV infection to disappear, indicating the time it took the drug to stop viral multiplication in the body. Improvement in the general conditions of the patients was usually noticeable after two weeks of drug therapy. In some patients the ESR fell substantially after about eight (8) weeks. What are these non – HIV viral infections that afflicted some of these patients whose bio-magnetic dipoles to HIV have disappeared? Does it show that with effective treatment HIV virus breaks into different non – HIV viral components? Are these non – HIV viral infections same as immune suppressive moiety present in AIDS without HIV? If a therapy can support the body to break the HIV genone into componet viral sub-units, can’t the same device help remove these viral sub-units completely.

How HIV damages The Immune system – HIV Structure:
HIV has a core genetic material surrounded by a capside. Ribonucleic acid is the genetic material which the virus needs to reproduce. This is a simgle stranded RNA (ribonucleic acid). HIV virus incorporated elements that cause normal white blood cells (WBC) to produce more viruses []. HIV RNA has a protein – reverse transcriptase (an enzyme) which it uses to replicate inside the T-Cell.
Attachment of HIV onto the T-Cell is made possible by the nature of the antigens on the surface of HIV_ the Gp 120 and Gp 41, which allow the virus to hook onto the T-Cells and infect them. (Another HIV antigen is the Gp 24, an antigen of the core of the virus that is measured to estimate viral load).
HIV targets T-Cells:
T-Cells are main targets of HIV in the blood. T – Cells act as the multiplication centre for HIV virus. CD4 receptor site is an important structure in the T-Cell structure. Gp 120 antigen (of HIV) is a mirror image of CD4. Bumping of HIV into the right place on the cell surface causes the Gp 120 of the virus to lock onto the CD4 site of the T-Cell. Once in the cell, the capsid protective sheet will be dissolved, then both viral RNA and the reverse transcriptase are released. The HIV virus eventually Travels into the T – cell nucleus, changes the T – Cell’s rules and converts it into a virus factory (provirus).
How are the rules changed?
Viruses can not survive outside a host (human or animals). Normally a host cell nucleus, eg T – Cell nucleus communicates with the rest of the cell by transforming into RNA and sending it out of the nucleus into the cytoplasm. The DNA makes RNA and sends it out to convey orders. Thus the genetic information leaves the nucleus transformed into a single stranded RNA. Again the blueprint to enter into the nucleus is to be transformed into double stranded DNA. HIV RNA needs to become DNA in order to reach its final destination - the nucleus of the T – Cell. Reverse transcriptase enzyme of HIV RNA allows the RNA to borrow materials (from the T – Cells) and be transcribed into a chain of viral DNA. Thus the reverse transcriptase, prompting the “reverse” process of copying DNA to RNA, the RNA code is copied to produce a new proviral DNA.
Another name for this enzyme reverse transcriptase is RNA dependent DNA polymerase. It directs the cell to produce a DNA gene sequence from the viral RNA template – The opposite of what happens in uninfected cells.
The DNA provirus enters into the T – Cell nucleus where genetic materials are stored. Another enzyme, the endonuclease enzyme helps the proviral DNA to be attached to the host cell normal gene sequence in the nucleus. The endonuclease functions like a pair of scissors. At this point if the T – Cells is activated it will start producing and shedding new virus, instead of performing normal T – Cell functions (coordination of cellular immunity). The provirus can remain inactive for a long time without triggering reproduction / replication of viruses, or It can start producing new virus that will bud off the T – Cell wall, eventually the T – Cell is destroyed. This continued replication of HIV in a host body means destroying increasing number of T-Cell.
Result is annihilation of the Coordinator Cells of Cell mediated immunity leaving the body open to opportunistic infections.

Reversal of suppressed immunity in HIV/AIDS Patients During Salvage A and Salvage B Supplementation Case Studies.
As HIV infection progresses, T4 – Cell are infected, they are being taken over by HIV virus, and are commandeered to become HIV virus factories – the provirus. The provirus when activated produces and sheds off new HIV viruses. Usual Coordination of cellular immune response is lost, and T – Cell population decreases, manifested by decreased CD4 count. Opportunistic infections ensure manifested by increased neutrophil count, in spite of a viral infection. It is never advisable to give more than the recommended dosage to HIV/AIDS patients. The more sick the patients the more dangerous the over dosage. The rule in treating HIV/AIDS patients with Salvage is this ; since the disease progression is slow, treatment should be slow and cautious. If you notice bone pain or mild headache during treatment with salvage A and salvage B avoid the next dose.

* Normal white blood cell count is between 3.8 – 10.8 x 103 mcl of blood in a healthy individual. When there is an infection (bacterial or viral) white cell counts may usually be elevated beyond the normal value for that individual showing increased percentage for Lymphocyte (if it is a viral infection), and increased percentage neutrophil – (If it is a bacterial infection especially acute infection)
In HIV infection - a viral infection, this usual lymphocytosis of normal viral infection does not present, especially as the HIV disease progresses. As HIV disease progresses, T4 – Lymphocytes (Coordinators of immune response) dies, there is immune system decline and opportunistic infections are bacterial, therefore the body starts complaining against these bacteria invasion – demonstrating this by showing high neutrophil count. The big bully that initiated the whole devastation is still destroying immune – competent cells (T4 Lymphocyes). The body seem to be too afraid of this HIV bully, that it can not even complain that there is a viral infection -- no sign of complaint – No sign of lymphocytosis.
*Who can help the body and make the soldiers of immune system bold again to start showing signs of resistance to this ugly monster – HIV virus?
